At Lice Banishers, we stand behind the quality of our work and the care we provide to every family we serve. We're confident in our professional treatment process, which is why every qualifying full treatment includes our 30-Day Guarantee.

If live lice or viable nits are confirmed on an individual who received treatment during the initial appointment within 30 days of the original service, we will provide any necessary retreatment at no additional treatment cost, provided the requirements below have been met.

What the Guarantee Covers

When all guarantee requirements have been followed and live lice or viable nits are confirmed on an individual who received treatment during the initial appointment, any necessary retreatment will be provided at no additional treatment cost.

A standard Home Visit Fee and applicable travel fee apply to guarantee follow-up appointments.

Guarantee Requirements

To keep the guarantee in effect, the following conditions must be met:

1. Household Screening

All household members must be screened during the initial appointment. If lice are found on any household member, treatment must be completed during the same visit.

2. Follow Aftercare Instructions

Please carefully follow all aftercare recommendations provided by your technician. These instructions are designed to reduce the risk of reinfestation and support the success of your treatment.

3. Guarantee Period

The 30-Day Guarantee begins on the date your professional treatment is completed and remains valid for 30 consecutive days.

4. Contact Us Promptly

If you discover live lice or viable nits during the guarantee period, please contact us as soon as possible.

If possible, place the specimen in a sealed zip-top bag or secure it with clear tape so our technician can verify the finding during the follow-up visit.

Complimentary 14-Day Follow-Up

For added peace of mind, you may schedule a complimentary follow-up assessment within 14 days of your initial treatment.

The assessment itself is complimentary; however, the applicable travel fee still applies.

Follow-up visits scheduled on or after Day 15 are subject to our standard lice-check and home-visit fees.

Important Details

• This guarantee applies only to individuals who received professional treatment during the initial appointment.

• If a household member was screened and found to be lice-free during the initial visit but later develops an active infestation, treatment for that individual will be considered a new case and standard treatment fees will apply.

• The guarantee does not cover new infestations resulting from exposure to untreated individuals outside the household.

• The guarantee covers eligible retreatment services only and does not include refunds in lieu of treatment.

• Eligibility for the guarantee depends on compliance with all requirements outlined above.
