If live lice or viable nits are found on a treated individual within 30 days of the completed treatment, we will provide any necessary retreatment at no additional treatment cost, provided all of the following requirements have been met.

Guarantee Requirements

To remain eligible for our 30-Day Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

1. All Household Members Must Be Screened

Everyone living in the household must be screened during the initial appointment. Any individual found to have lice must receive treatment during the same visit. Failure to treat all positive cases will void the guarantee.

2. Follow All Aftercare Instructions

All aftercare instructions provided by your technician must be followed carefully. This includes home cleaning recommendations, personal item care, and any additional instructions given during your appointment.

3. The Guarantee Begins on the Date of Treatment

Your 30-day guarantee begins on the date your professional treatment is completed.

4. Save Any Evidence of Lice

If you discover live lice or viable nits within the 30-day guarantee period, please place the specimen in a sealed zip-top bag or secure it with clear tape before contacting us. This allows our technician to verify the findings during your follow-up visit.

5. Follow-Up Home Visit

A standard Home Visit Fee applies for all guarantee follow-up appointments. However, if the guarantee requirements have been met and live lice or viable nits are confirmed on an individual treated during the initial visit, any necessary retreatment will be provided at no additional treatment cost.

• This guarantee applies only to individuals who received professional treatment during the initial appointment.

• Individuals who were screened and found to be lice-free during the initial visit but later become infested will be considered new treatment cases, and standard treatment fees will apply.

• Failure to meet any of the guarantee requirements above will void the 30-Day Guarantee.
